In Minecraft, each block has a name and the block that you are standing on, is the name of the biome it belongs to.While this sounds good for experienced players, the sheer amount of horseback riding in Minecraft can be overwhelming. There are so many different types of horse that the only way to know which ones to ride is by making lists. This means no lists for horse's as they tend to be the slowest of horses.There are four main types of horse in Minecraft. Each one is very different and important for various situations. Knowing which horse is best for each situation will give you a better experience.The first type of horse is the Chestnut Horse. These horses come in two colors. White Chestnut Horses is white with a darker red chestnut coloring. Chestnut horses are fast and give you speed when you tap on them. However, their hooves are big and will hurt you when you try to get on them.Brown Horses are also called Stilt Horses and have long brown hair on their back and longer brown hair on their upper part of their body. These horses are very light and are slower than their chestnut counterparts.The Silver Horse is very fast and comes in two different colors. The Silver Horse has silver chestnut coloring on their chest and legs and also has silver feathers on their feet. They have light fur on their faces and wings, giving them an appealing look. These horses are also light and great for day to day situations.The final type of horse in Minecraft is the Lake Horse. These horses are only available in the Lake biomes. They are very heavy and have a horse shaped look to them. These horses don't have legs and have flat feet like a horse, but have strong and yet slender legs and hooves.Before you decide which horse to ride, play around with all the horses and weigh their strengths and weaknesses. Then you will have a good i dea of which horse will suit your needs and skill level.
